FDNY Pipers will join the DCFD Pipes and Drums for a fundraiser with the tour of duty runners in Washington DC

Some members of the FDNY Pipe Band will join the DCFD Emerald Society Pipes and Drums as they help support the Tour of Duty runners. The Tour of Duty runners are from Australia, FDNY, Port Authority and a few other Fire Departments. They are running across the country in honor of 9/11. The run started at the Santa Monica Pier and will be ending at the World Trade Center site on 9/11.
